AMI believes that training is one of the primary keys to a
successful implementation. AMI will work with you to provide
comprehensive training materials, including training materials
for day-to-day users, “train the trainer” personnel, system
administrators, technical support and operational personnel.
One of the deliverables for the Development Phase of the
project is Training Documentation, which will include the
following:
· A syllabus of all proposed training
· The source of the training (AMI-supplied, third party, etc.)
· A synopsis of the training
· Who is the intended audience
· The maximum number of students per class
· The training facility configuration (hardware and software)
· Student (staff) prerequisites for each course (if necessary)
· Type or method of instruction
· Training schedule
· Proposed outcomes/objectives of the training
